GEORGIA APEX PROGRAM
The Georgia APEX Program is a Specialty Service providing school-based Mental Health Services to the Chattahoochee County School District. The Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities, Office of Children, Young Adults, and Families, has provided funding to New Horizons Behavioral Health, a Tier 1 Service Provider, to build capacity and infrastructure for school-based mental health services in the county. School-based mental health programs lead to a variety of positive outcomes for students, their families, and their schools.
