Enrollment for the 23-24 School Year begins on June 6! The Central Registration office now supports registration for all of our ChattCo schools (Pre-K thru 12th grade) in one location at 326 Broad Street, Cusseta GA 31805. The office will be open Monday-Thursday 8am-12pm. Contact our Registrar, Claudia Adams at cadams@chattco.org Items needed to complete Registration: Birth Certificate Social Security Card Parent/Guardian Photo ID Guardianship-if applicable GA Form 3231 (Immunizations) GA Form 3300 (Ear, Eye, Dental, Nutrition Screening) Residency Affidavit (Notary not required) Proofs of Residency 1.
